A joint venture between a local investor and a Singapore-based financial corporation, the company named Iron Wood Property Ventures Corporation (IWPVC) is now drawing plans for more residential projects, including a possible resort plan in the northern outskirt town in Cebu.
This 186-unit medium rise development is the company’s initial offering to address the fast rising demand for residential facilities in Mandaue’s next busiest business district, in North Reclamation, said Rupert von Seidlein.
Established five years ago, IWPVC is so far one of the pioneers in the development of service apartments facilities in Cebu, through Copenhagen Residences which offers 98 fully-furnished units for short and long staying transients.
The introduction of Northstar Condominium project, which is targeted for completion by second quarter of 2017, marks the company’s entry to full residential development portfolio, said Seidlein hinting of the company’s earnest commitment to fill-in the gap in providing quality, yet affordable residential requirement in Cebu.
